I had a friend come over and they put a lot of programs on the computer I am have tried to erase them all but my computer is still running really slow and I am not even able to play music on it again. please help

Go to start/click go to all programs select accessories/ select sytem tools /system restore follow instructions.

This should just about cover it. Click on Start, point to All Programs, then Accessories, then System Tools, then System Restore. After you open it, make sure that "Restore my computer to an earlier time" is selected, then click Next. Then, you will see a calendar. Click on a date before all the programs were put onto your computer. But make sure that you didn't install anything important on that date, or it will be erased. However, you can always choose to go back from System Restore if you want later on. Towards the right, it will show you some things that were installed on the day that you selected. Then, read what it says on the left and click Next again. That should just about be all you have to do. Good luck!
