If you mean the state of Georgia, you're really a citizen of the United States, and that can be at any age.
If you mean the country of Georgia, in eastern Europe, I don't know - you'd have to check with their state department.

Georgia is not a independent country. Just get your drivers license. You can then be a resident of the state. I don't think think there is an age limit if your an adult over maybe 17 or 18. If not you need your parents.

I don't think there's an age factor. You're a citizen of the state as long as you're an american citizen and you live in the state, whether you 1 or 99 yo

You mean resident of the state... for Georgia there is no set time.
You can do it one of two ways:
1. Show proof that you have established a primary domicile.. like utilities in your name, registered to vote there, car insurance and tag for Georgia, etc...
or
2. Lived in Georgia at least twelve consecutive months

the only citizenship you can have is a US one. you aren't a citizen of GA. you can be of a resident status one year after moving there (as far as a college goes).
