Yes, the ISS can often be seen as a bright, slowly moving star. Heavens Above (http://www.heavens-above.com/ ) can tell you when it will be visible from your location.

Go to the website below. Find your city. Then find when the ISS will be coming over and you can see it. But you have to look fast as it moves fast.
