Here's the story. Computer was fine, then not. Blue screen of death. Only way to get one was to go to the task master and force myself on. I have no desk top icons.... nothing. I went into safe mode and uploaded AVG. It caught the virus and then I went back in and re-booted computer to a last known configuration. Ran Norton as well as AVg and everything looked fine. I get home from work and no desktop icons again. As soon as I turn on the computer, the box comes up with "Internet has encountered a problem and needs to close". How do I fix this, get rid of it, make it go away!!!!!!!????

An excellent source for computer problems is www.komando.com. The site is maintained by Kim Komando and her experts. If she can't help you address your problem and deal with it on your own, the only other solution I know is to take your computer to Best Buy and let them diagnose your problem. This will cost you. If you want Best Buy to fix the problem, it will cost you more. I paid $200.

The more sites you go to, the more games you play, the more emails you answer, the more you open yourself up to a virus. I'm not sure anyone can offer you a 100 percent assurance your computer will not be contaminated again.

first backup your data as soon as possible !!!!! after that you should scan your computer from Trojan as well as Spy ware by strong programs such as Norton 360 ............ However, if i were you i would reinstall my windows !!!!! because these kinds of viruses are really hard to get rid of !! .......... but remember next time you install windows install a firewall program as well. In addition, install an anti virus that has auto protect feature so as soon as a virus comes into your computer it would automatically delete it. I would recommend Norton 360 plus Zone Alarm .

it really is not any longer rebooting. you're reformatting. sure that receives rid of them, yet that receives truly annoying. in simple terms get Microsoft safe practices needs or Avast! residing house version. they're going to preserve you from maximum viruses, yet no software in the international will provide up each thing.
