draw a stucture like

Cl

Cl Si Cl

Cl

How with the side nearest the Si draw one dot then around the other sides of the Cl draw 2 dots.

With the Si draw one dot nearest the Cl then circle each single dot id the ones around Si to the nearest one on of Cl on each side so that they are 2 dots in each of the 4 circles you have drawn.

put the Si in the middle with a single bond to a chlorine. one on the top, bottom left and right. Then add the 6 dots around each of the Chlorine atoms to complete the lewis structure.

Lewis is the dot things, right?

They're all single bonds and the Cl have 3 pairs each of unpaired electrons. Ignore those underscores, i just did that so they'd line up.
