It has been sitting for about a month and I just found out about it. I have tried all of the household carpet cleaners I have and gotten nothing. How do i get it out?

Use OXY carpet and upholstery cleaner, I think it's Resolve, anyway it comes in two cans with a trigger. If possible spray it on, leave it for awhile, then vacume out with a Shop-Vac.

These two things never fail for me. 1) Simple Green. Dilute it to two parts cleaner and one part water. 2) OXY Deep carpet and upholstery cleaner.

Call in a professional. But it just may not come out. Remember, tea was used to stain fabrics at the turn of hte last century when colored dyes were very expensive.
