There is very little helpfull information. What are your ages, is the kiss a peck or prolonged, is this a common family thing, just what bothers you about it?
Try telling her you aren't comfortable with this type of kiss and ask her to peck on the cheek as an alternative. If you are a young person, try talking to your parents.

are you a boy? there's usually no problem with kissing on the lips as long as it's just a smack. otherwise, it's another story
