please please my teacher is on my back and i will have to do alot of research i was thinking of writing about animal rights but the problem is i know nothing about it, i'm not a vegitarian, i read a little baout it but i just can't write about that topic so help!!!

A persuasive essay does notr necicarilly need to be about something monumental. You could always try and persuade them that procrastination is detrimental to all people. The research for that should be more like interviews and biographic info about others. Think about how overdone animal rights are. Try doing your essay on something more idealistic and personal. Persuade the teacher to take the class out for lunch!

Write about Global Warming, pretty easy topic to debate on. You can express your ideas on how to stop it and persuade others to do as you say =). Or.. you can do deforestation, a factor that affects global warming.
