I definitely agree with you. If you know for sure that your ex boyfriend is the father of your baby, make him pay! That baby is as much his responsibilty as it is your's. Don't let him get off easy. Stick it to him!

I would let him know the situation, Give him a chance to be a good father. If he fails to do so, then get the courts involved, cut your losses(forget about having a personal relationship with him) and go on with your life raising your child to be a decent, kind, loving person. You will have to be both mother and father, so don't take your job to lightly. A child deserves only the best. If you can't provide for this, consider adoption. I don't know your age or your responsibility levels, only you know whether you can do this or not. Do not get an abortion. This child deserves a chance and a life. I would start by just letting him know that you are pregnant. I wouldn't worry just yet about chasing him for child support. Let him know that he is going to have a child and let him decide what he's going to do about that. Then if he doesn't want anything to do with the child, hire the best lawyer you can find and suck the blood right out of him for support.

It depends on the situation! What is your relationship with him? Can you both remain on civil terms? You definatley need to tell him! Do u think he would be a good dad?
Sometimes, the child support is not worth the heart ache or the drama! I have been through the situation with child support and it's not fun! Remember, don't try to get back at him! Be mature and do it for your baby's sake.

it depends on your relationship with him. He at least needs to know he's gonna be a dad. most of the time, even with court ordered child support, its quite difficult to get your money (i have a friend who's ex quit his job so he wouldnt have to pay.) If you need the money bad enough, it might be worth the fight. Sometimes, though, it's just not. It is important that he knows your pregnant--cross that bridge first, then deal with the rest of it. Good Luck, stay strong. (find a support system! being a single mom is no easy task, child support or no)

I'd try to keep in touch with him and keep a current address on him. If and when I had the baby he didn't help.....I'd have him served for child support.

I would call his cell, tell him what he did and stay calm, if he really cared about u he would *** back if he doesn't care you can go to court over that, i think... i cant remember!! anyway
