Philly has hosted the MLB all-star game twice in the last 30 years. They haven't been scheduled in the future to host it, but they're sure to, especially considering they have a newer stadium, and haven't hosted it since the Veterans Stadium days. 2007, 08 and 09 are already scheduled, but they're: PNC Park, Yankee Stadium, and Bush Stadium... so possibly down the road Philly will host it.
NBA:
Philadelphia has hosted the all-star game several times. THe last time was 2002.
There's no future planning to hold the game in Philadelphia, but you never know.

I LIVE IN PHILLY TOO!
we're not going to see an NBA game here for a while for 2 reasons.
1. We had it in 2001
2. It's staying in Vegas long term, from what i hear.
As for the MLB, believe it or not we had it in 1993, so that's semi-recent, if you take into account that there are, what 30? 32? mlb teams. But since we have the cit and it's new i'd say between 2009 and 2014 we should have a MLB all-star game.

The NBA All Star game was in Philly in 2001 so it wont be back to Philly for awhile.

the nba all star game was in Philly just a few years ago
Kobe got MVP with 31 points on 12-25 shooting and got booed (he's from Philly)
