File manager for windows xp?

Ok. I wanted to ask you people if you know where i can find the file manager for windows xp!! can u help me? i take a computer literacy class at my school. its a good trade. today, about 10 minutes before the bell rang, my teacher said to me "how are you doing raffi?"
and i said "good" and he said "I got your email, it was something about file manager? try to look for it online" and so thats pretty much what he wants to do. hes a real nice teacher, his name is Mr Ramirez. but if you guy can help me find the file manager, if anybody helps me, i promise i will help them get the best answerrrr!!!

I think he means Windows Explorer.

Open 'My Computer' and choose the C drive...

Or Open Network Places and view those as well....
