What are the stupidest mistakes goalies can make?

Letting the ball roll between their feet, catching the ball while inside the goal, accidentally dropping/throwing/hitting the ball into own goal, throwing the ball to a teammate then get the throw intercepted from the other team's player for an easy goal, the list goes on and on!

The dumbest mistake a goalie can make is to underestimate the other teams players.
The second dumbest mistake is to rely on your defenders. You should always expect the worst possible scenario, and expect them to fail. If they don't... Fantastic!
The third stupidest mistake a goalie can make is to always do the same thing when he gets the ball. He should have a variety of passing techniques and the vision to distribute the play as much as possible. Of corse every team has its "go to guys" but you should go to them at the right time and not in every play.
The mistakes mentioned by the respondents above are indeed stupid, but are also a part of the game, and they are bound to happen to even the best of keepers from time to time. I can forgive a goalie being nutmegged but I can't forgive a goalie who makes things too predictable for the opposing team.

Worst has got to be getting megged. It would have to go through the keepers hands and then through their legs. To get scored on by that would be pretty mortifying

I guess the second worse would be a ball bouncing over the head. Keeper comes out too far and then gets beat by a high bounce.

Can you imagine a 'keeper about to throw out a ball andas his arm comes around the ball slips from his grasp and into the GOAL!!!!! Devastating.
