I was just wondering if anyone thinks there's a big difference between Bronzer and foundation? I know that there really is, but I mean color wise. Any suggestions? Or would I be better off tanning for extra color in my face?

bronzer is more of a shinier and sleek look

Personally, I LOVEEE my bronzer. But, if your going to wear it then you should have a little color on your face or there would be too big of a contrast between the two. Also, when you apply it, just swipe a little bit on your cheek bones, nose, and a little on your forehead. Basically the places the sun would naturally hit your face. Dont apply too much or it might make your face look shiny. But its great, i love how it gives you a healthy sun-kissed glow.

I think there is a huge difference. If you rely on foundation alone to darken your face, you would have a huge line wherever you stopped using it (usually under your chin and jaw line). After I put on foundation, I take my bronzer and a medium/large round makeup brush and brush it onto my temples and upper cheekbones, then lightly across my jawline and nose and above my eyebrows across my forehead lightly. I use mine more like how some women use a rouge. I use a dusty rose rouge on the apples of my cheeks and on the upper part of my nose for a sunkissed look.

I use like, loose-powder type of bronzer. I use it every day, b/c even when I go tanning, my face is always lighter. I would just use some over your foundation, that's what I've done forever, and you can't even tell!

bronzers are wonderful. make sure you find the correct one for your skin tone though. if you have pink tones in your skin then stay away from orange/yellow bronzers and vise versa
