They've allowed millions to enter this country illegally. They're allowing corporations to move jobs overseas. Ted Kennedy, supposedly a labor man, is talking to the Chamber of Commerce to write his immigration plan. 80% of the wealth in this country is controlled by only 130,000 people. We're being told that there is a "Third Way" to globalization, by providing safeguards for the working class that we DO NOT HAVE NOW! Am I the only one that feels like I'm living under the control of some alien government?

No 911, I voted for the opposition in the last election, because I felt that then! This isn't a partisan game.

That is exactly what the outside world thinks about the US.

What US policy does overseas is only in the name of economic interest, and by the sound of it you guys in the US are as unhappy as we are in Europe with the way the US politicians act, regardless of which party they belong.

Put it this way, the US policy makers do not recognise the "Right to Food" as a basic human right. This, as far as the rest of the developed world is concerned, says all about what drives the US policy makers.

In the name of democracy, the US is exploiting the whole world to the benefit of a few.

Enough, we had enough and it's time someone does something but who? This small elite is in charge of the world (not just in the US, but the 1% in the world having 99% of the resources) and have no one capable of changing things.

Look at your elections now! Who will win? The one with more money, as you guys heard the candidate that dropped out of the run saying the reason was money and only money.

So, this is democracy? This is what the US claims to be its values and beliefs that should be spread around the world?

No thank you, I prefer to be part of a smaller dictatorship.

The problem I feel is that both parties have sold us out to the corporations which believe that World Government is the future of them surviving in a capitalist society. They do not care that the price of this, being that the standard of living in America will drop as the rest of the world rises. In other word the corporations get richer while the American worker gets poorer. Just a thought to chew on.

Apparently, our laws and protections have somehow become null and void and the end of the United States as we know it is at hand. The North American Union will be a reality soon. Globalization is our future. The only winners will be corporations and the ordinary citizens will be at their mercy. We're being systematically sold down the river.

We're supposed to be a democracy and be in charge of our own government but the majority of the population is completely unhappy with it. I mean, it seems like the average person really doesn't have much say. Personally, I don't think that when you vote it is really going to make that big of an impact. It seems like the whole government is being run by big companies. Seriously, they still allow eminent domain.

We are now engaged in a huge propaganda war. This country needs a sensible guest worker program. People from Mexico or whereever should be allowed to come here to work. But they should leave their spouses, kids, nieces and nephews, and grandparents at home.

The situation is similar to Hong Kong in the 60's and 70's. Once the people in China figured out communism was no good, they headed to Hong Kong in droves in search of work and money. However, the Chinese were considered political refugees. Now people are coming to the US in droves because of poverty and corruption in Mexico and other thirld world countries, not outright oppression. We should help them escape poverty, but after the work is done, they should return to Mexico or where ever they came from. We don't need their socialist ideas corrupting the good thing we have in the US.

Also, we have to fight the propaganda war against the left wingers who are subverting our language to achieve their political agenda. For example, illegal aliens are now "illegal immigrants." And now they have "immigrants rights," what ever that means. It is something they created out of thin air. The left is very adept at political subversion.

Ask the soldiers at Walter Reed Army Hospital right now if they feel betrayed. These are people who fought and were severely injured for the US. They have been ignored and mistreated. it's a big deal right now.

Everyone in the government is so quick to say that you're unpatriotic if you don't support the troops. Once they get injured, they become a financial liability. Guess who is trying the hardest to keep from paying for it?

I've felt this for years now, my country is losing me, discarding me to be more precise, intentionally. I no longer feel represented in my own country, I feel government collectively, has shifted from Americans interests to business and political interests, which means to me the catering to the illegal alien masses, the largest growing segment in America. Cheap labor and a block of new voters. Imagine, illegals making policy in our country while the middle-class is shown the door to extinction. Profit has become the holy grail in America and the vast majority of Americans are paying the tab, until we are no longer relevant.

You think the Govt is suppose to help you? Wake up man and smell the coffee. Govt. doesn't help anything they only make things worse & nobody can do anything to stop them because both Republicans and Democrats are guilty of doing it.
