there are many factors to consider in this - remember that when you issue stock you can giving up a share of your company in exchange for the capital.

First i am assuming that this is a small business and that you are contemplating a private issue, not a public issue. I assume that you have incorporated already.

If not you need to do this so that there is a legal entity called the company that you can issue stock from. It also protects you, investors and employees from liability. Each state will have its own rules. There are a large number of firms that can help you - just google 'incorporate' and pick one that seems reputable. As part of incorporation you will specify the amount of shares available. now you need to find investors who will give you money for a share of the company. you can then issue them stock certificates. Note: you will need a shareholders agreement - a legal document that specifies shareholders rights. The companies that do this online are basically para legal and OK for simple share structures and forming new companies.

If you have an existing company (either partnership of limited liability) you need to consult your lawyer and accountant.

you're way off the mark here. Your inventory offering is going to generate money of $10M. it extremely is a credit (constructive) no longer debit (unfavorable) to money. bypass back and examine your accounting e book.
