Whats better the Xbox 360 or the Ps3???

omg ive been looking for the answer to this question for like 4 hrs and i cant make up my mind. anyone think they can convince me?

WHAT IS BETTER THE PS3 OR XBOX!!!

right now i have a ps2 and at the time i didnt think i would need anything better.

well i think the ps3 is better mainly because of the blu-ray laser. my friend has a xbox 360 and says that it dosent play scratched disks as well as the ps3.

What do you have now? If you have xbox get the 360 if you have ps2 get the ps3 ----------

There's not really a clear-cut winner, like with the PS2. And it's important to remember that it still took the PS2 a year or so before you really knew it was going to be great. So remember that when you think about this next generation of consoles.

It's still too early to call it. Waiting to buy one will help you in a couple ways. First, the obvious thing is that the price will probably fall. But another thing you might not be aware of, is that a console usually comes out in different "versions". PS2 had 13 different versions. You probably can't tell the difference between them unless you look at some very small details on the console. You might want to wait so that the console makers can work out all the kinks and you can get a good version. There were problems with the first versions of the xbox 360. The ps3 hasn't shown any big problems yet, but it's still early.

I read an article recently that said the PS2 could still live on for a few more years. There's plenty of good things to look forward to as far as new games coming this spring and this summer. I personally think I could keep my PS2 until summer of 2008. Until then, there will still be a few good games coming out, and hopefully by then the next-gen consoles will look brighter.

Xbox 360 PS3 is abusing money lol i microsoft is releasing a black 360 with 120 gigs for the price as the white 360 with 20 gigs.

Do you like playing with people online? Is so, 360 is the way to go. Xbox live is hands down the best online gaming platform. I don't own, or have ever owned any Playstation products. But the 360 is an amazing counsole. You can hook it up to your computer, play music and video from your computer to your TV through the 360. It plays HD movies. But like I said the Xbox live service is so unbelieveably cool, it totally out does any PS product.

The Xbox 360 because 360 is a bigger number than 3, and Wii sounds like a baby's play thing.

1. Best online even though you have to pay for it, but you get what you pay for.
2. Best games
Shooters: Gears of War, Rainbow 6: Vegas, Lost Planet, Halo 1 and 2 etc
Rpgs: The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Need I say anything else?
Rts: BFME 2
Adventure: Kameo
Fighting: DOA 4
and so on and so forth...
3. Best deal for a next gen console.
4. Their graphics have been compared with multiplatform games and the 360 CLEARLY won.
5. Gears of War is one of the most fun (in my opinion) and graphically impressive games to date.

Ignore the posts that say "PS3 is the best because it is". Look for the facts.

well the 360 has great graphics but the games are 50 bucks, as for the PS3 the graphics are really good but not as good as the 360 but the games are much cheaper!
