I am almost 16 and I still don't have my period and compared to my peers I look like a 5th grader. Should I worry?

As a healthcare provider I would say no. You are a little later than most but it is not to the point that we need to do any investigation into it. The only thing is that you may also be tall. Height in women is usually limited to 3-4cm after the period starts.....so you have more growth time. Which usually means the late bloomers tend to be tall.

Nope, it is your pre-disposition. You will be ok. Eventually you will grow and you will wish you never worried! You might have something wrong with hormones and maybe your pancreas? See a doctor. it is really a concern when you have puberty too soon or Precocious Puberty
