Depends on who's doing the asking. But most likely I'd take the money first and hand off my panty to him afterwards. Then not visit that place for at least 3 months so no one will recognize me. Hahahahaha!

If he is stupid enough to offer in the first place, he will be stupid enough to quickly part with his money.
See how high he will bid.
Step 2: Counter each offer with an incredulous face and state "that's all?!".
Repeat steps 1 and 2.
When he reaches the point where he does not have any more money to give, and a crowd would have built by then...
Step 3: Leave;
