There's an Apple store at the Power Plant Mall in Rockwell (Makati). They won't sell you ipods at a lower price but you can be sure the stuff there is original.
Or you can take your chances on ebay.ph. There's a lot of good stuff there for sale and ipods are always listed. Don't forget to do your homework and ask the seller any questions you need to find out about first.
