How to cancel a auction on eBay?

I have an auction going that I would like to cancel, it has 1 bid on it though, is it still possible to cancel the auction? If is it, how so? Thanks everyone!

Once your item has a bid, you may not cancel your auction. You will have to accept the highest bid and live with it. Even without a bid, you have to cancel within 24 hours.

Before placing other items for auction on eBay, you may want to read all the instructions for sellers given on the eBay site.

All the hype for selling on eBay makes it sound easy and lucrative. Believe me, as a part-time seller, it is neither unless you have big-ticket items like cars, boats, trailers, original paintings, etc.
