Hey im 14 i play basketball, im just looking for some ways to maximize my vertical, speed, and exposiveness. Thanks a ton!

Strength shoes. These things work. My college team did off season workouts with them and the least amount of vert increase was 3-4 inches. Improves quickness too. (no, you can never be too quick).

About 100 buck and 3 months, 3 days a week... cut back to once a week during the season.

I'm 6-2 and can still bam on people at 32 years old. ( and no, I don't work for them)

I just do simple drills, sprints, suicides, wall sits (wall sits really help(in case you didn't know wall sits are where you sit against the wall (may seem easy at first, it gets harder))) Also I know it seems crazy, but spend about 5 minutes a day on one foot, jumping around and do regular things on one foot, the switch to the other foot.

Running, jumping rope, leg lift. Pretty much any excersie that causes pain to legs.
