people keep calling other people a noob but what is a noob! i would really like to know so i can think of a good comeback!

A noob really means a really new player who pretty much knows little to nothing about something, but many people in runescape overuse the term by calling people noobs if they don't know specific things. Example: if someone doesn't know the specific cost for something, people refer to them as noobs. It's mainly a online gaming term.

A noob is an insult. A newb is not an insult.
A newb is a newbie, someone who is relatively new to the game. A newb will get better at the game.
A noob is someone who has been playing the game for a long time, but still plays like a newb. A noob likes to annoy other players by calling them noobs. A noob will never get better at the game. A noob is like a troll, just there to annoy everybody.

first off, being a noob has nothing to do with lvl. there are many lvl 100+ people who have low level accounts, but those people are not noobs. noob is a state of mind. anyone with a moderate intelligence level cannot accurately be called a noob. basically, what superdork said, theyre annoying trolls.

noobs are not just low level people. There are some really low level people that make money only. They are not noobs. But noob means newbie, a person who just wanders around and doesn't know what to do.

There are two definitions of a noob:
1) A person who is new to the game, or simply a very low level (I consider level 19 and below to be very low)
2) A person who acts immature, or simply does not know things that he/she should know.

i play an interactice game kida like runscape,but itss calledd habbo hotel. people call u a "noob" , n00b, or nubif u r new to a game or just stupid........thats pretty much it....
