i'm sorry i came a bit late, a little busy at work

you see dyann, your question is the very basic of physics and just finding the definition of these words can be done by a dictionary
you're lucky you did'nt had any rude comments posted here

so ! i imagine you as a kid trying to understand science so i'll explain this as simple as i can

you see, by definition; motion is the constant physical change in position of a certain body and of course many would say that this is relevant to time
if you study newton's law of motion you will learn more about the subject

motion and force are very connected or has close relationship, according newton's law no.1
"a body in motion will remain in motion or a body at rest will remain at rest until an outside force acts upon it"

this means that a train will remain to run in its direction only to be stopped if it hit a wall of another train colliding in its path.
a ball will not move from the floor if no force wind will make it roll or somebody will forcefully kick it to fly high, that then would only land because of the GRAVITATIONAL FORCE

force by definition is very simple as its formula F = m a
where force is equal to a mass in acceleration

acceleration in many instances but not all refer to gravitational acceleration which is equal to 9.81 meter per second square

we multiply that acceleration to say 10 kilogram mass we now have a 90.81 newton force

force can be simply laid into an example as a boxer punching a punching bag, how much punching force does a boxer need in order swing the bag?
how much force do we need in order to hammer down a nail into wood?

the more you study physics the more you will need to practice math, if you would be really be interested in the science then here's my tip

understand the principles and laws of physics while you practice computation in mathematics

science is fun really, you can do it

Force and motion is an application of force to produce a desired motion.

All people make use of the principles of force and motion in most things we do. To get out of bed, to walk, to throw a ball, to remove a bottle cap from a bottle of pop - all require an application of force to produce a desired motion.

Motion is a change in distance with regards to time.

Force is a mass under an acceleration.
