I'm an IT guy at my company and I have several people wanting me to setup home networks. These are pretty basic setups, 2-3 computers and maybe a printer. Usually take me around an hour. Any suggestions?

Depends really. A good start is $45 per hr. Do not forget to include parts that each person does not have which will increase the cost of your time. Make sure you have all the information you need before you arrive and do an install. Always have a spare nic, switch/hub, cables and drivers just in case they do not have them

I would charge them $25 - $50 per setup.

This is a easy and quick job which I don't think that you should charge more than other companies that offer it.
