So you pick it up and examine it to figure out why it won't go in. Then you put it back on the floor and try again instead of just throwing it away. I've even gone so far as to shove it in the hose if it won't get sucked in after I did the initial examination. Pathetic I know.

Oh yeah, I've done that plenty of times. I don't know why I put it back on the floor to try it again. If it doesn't go in the first time, it's not likely it will go in the second time.

Ive done the same thing, I think when you vaccum you go in this trance that everything needs to be sucked up. And theirs no other way but to go into the vaccum bag. Plus the bin is too far away. : )

Its either because i'm too lazy to walk over to the thrash, or I just go insane untill the damn vaccuum sucks it in (thats its job isnt it!?)
It depends on how im feeling that day.

I just figured it goes in the trash anyway, so if after 5 tries it won't suck up I'll pick it up and toss it my darned self.

yeah i was vacumming yesterday. i put it back on the floor too hoping it wont clog or ruin vacumm even thoiugh i know it wont

yes but I usually throw it in the garbage can. then to see if it will go in the vaccum cleaner.

yes, i know exactly the pain it causes, ..especially when it finally does get sucked up there, ...the belt breaks..
