OK, so about 3 day ago I started to feel irritation in my genitals, especially my penis shaft and balls. A few days later it has sprouted into a full on rash w/ swelling, especailly the testes. I have tried Aloe vera but that only cools the itching burn for a hour or so. The skin is not dry, just swollen and red, with a itching burn, around the upper shaft and head, and the testes. HELP!!!!

Oh, it's definetly not an STD, im a teen, not sexually active.

There are many things that can cause a penile rash besides an STD Some causes can be psoriasis, excema, irritation, candida (yeast) infection, etc. It could be as simple as a dermatitis...has your mom switched laundry detergents recently? Or are you using a different soap?
No matter what, you need to see a doctor to find out the cause and to get proper treatment. Trying an over-the-counter product can just make the situation even worse! Please see a doctor asap.
