when females have their monthly period and they have it while playing tennis in a tournament do they have to wear tampons or could they wear just the regular kotex? (sorry for the awkward question)

It is your own choice what you choose to wear, if you are comfortable wearing a tampon, i would suggest that because they are less apt to leak and they aren't bulky. Athletic activity causes flow to increase and a pad might leak. However, if you choose to wear a pad, as long as it placed correctly and you change it, you should be fine.

Yes! Female tennis players have to wear tampons with the wings so they don't get menstrual blood all over their lovely tennis outfits.

either or works although I think that tampons would work better because they owuld be more comfortable and don't worry about that idiot that said he's a guy! Wow don't listen to any body that says that. I mean why give up something you love just because you are having your period?

Hope this helps and hope you do great!

There are all sorts of pads that advertise flexible rims and thins and stuff and boast that a girl can do active things while being on her period. But, umm, it seems that a tampon would be fairly uncompfortable, and the pads maybe a little less secure. You could try them both, but I would suggest thatt you don't play tennis.

OH Sh!t

Im a guy!!!
