NCAA- Jamarcus Russell because he can make the deep throws and hit his receivers with pin-point accuracy.

Peyton Manning for the NFL. Chris Leak for the NCAA. They were the QB's for the two teams that won the Super Bowl/BCS title. Still dont understand why people are saying Troy Smith. Maybe they didnt watch the BCS championship game.
