Most of mine was in high school. Last year though, my brother punched me in the face and fractured my nose. To me it was the worst fight I had been in but in the sceme of things probably not a big deal. 10 points for the best story.

The most physical harm I've ever experienced was when I was run over by a van. The van knocked me down, ran over my left ankle... crushing it... and compressing my calves together so that they are still numb 5 years later. The doctors said I had a torn Achilles tendon, severe soft tissue damage & massive micro fractures thruout my ankle. My ankle never regained all the nerve sensations.

When the full weight of the van was on my ankle.. my toes literally felt like they would explode. It was a horrible experience and I wasn't able to walk for 4½ months. Recover & physical therapy was painful.

I'm thankful I walk without a limp... actually.. I'm thankful I'm alive and can walk!

I as once jumped by my only friend's best friend because I reffused to fight my friend. They say they busted my forehead, I know it was less than glorfied road-rash, but the chick hit the concrete once and I think broke a knuckle.

My worst injuries are probably all self inflicted, unless you count a toothpick 1" deep into my foot serious. They did at the ER, but it was incredibly easy.
