I have no idea but girl the same thing happend to me last night. I was at this wild party with all sorts of hot guys (and girls) and this one guy asked me to dance with him on this slow song. So he grabbed me by the waste and turned me around so that my back was on his torso. It was a pretty intense moment and all of a sudden this sharp pain happend in my lower back. It was like a very painful poking feeling. I don't really know what it was but come to think of it it may have been his..........
