I think there is a button in the fuse panel under the hood, you have to turn the ignition on, but not start the car, then press the button for five seconds or so, then start the car and the light should be out.

Because nobody reset the indicator light. Turn the key on (don't start car) and press the gas pedal down 3 times quickly. If the light flashes it has been reset, if not try again.

Most likely the computer needs to be reset from having the oil changed. Your owners manual should have a step by step instruction for resetting this sensor.

turn the key forward to the on position not start. Then pump the gas pedal all the way to the floor 3 times within 5 seconds. then turn the car on and it will clear.

on my 2000 Pontiac I have to, turn the key to on but don't start. Then pump the gas 3 times with in five sec. turn key off then start it. That should do it.

i own a shop,and it has to be cleared now,if you,ll look in the owners manual it tells the procedure for doing this,it can also be done with a scanner,but there's way in the manual to do it,good luck,i hope this helps,,,PS sometimes driving it a little will make it go out also,

try unhooking you battery for about 15-30 seconds this might reset it, also check your oil level. good luck.
