You can get Nair for 3.99. It dissolves the hair at the root. Make sure you purchase the one for the face. It works well and hair is gone for a couple of weeks. But be prepared for the not so pleasant odor. Sugaring, like waxing, hurts and is more expensive.

There are a number of depilatories out there that can do the job.

Be sure to only use a depilatory that is specifically made for upper lips. Because that depilatory will be specially formulated for that body area.

Try looking for review websites and see what other users have tried. Do a blog search. Try looking at http://www.depilatorys.com/

About $12 at a moderately priced salon i.e. JC Penney salon. OR you might be able to get it done at a cosmetology school for a fraction of the price. If you can, get it professionally done - that way you won't lose a chunk of skin or suffer any more discomfort than necessary.

i dont know what either of those are, but i have another option that seems less complicated and expensive....... actually, this is practically free! pluck them! pluck all the little hairs that bother you and then you wont have to deal with those other methods........sorry i couldnt tell u what they were, though.........hope i helped!
