sure my cousin is a hair dresser and i take all sorts of pics in for her to do my hair with and ive actually took a photo of my sisters eye brows to get the same shape

they CAN... but usually they'll work with the natural shape of your brow. that will make it look more natural and accent your face better.

they'll usually do what looks good on you though . you can ask for it to be thinner and stuff though .
