i want to get an ipod or a nano, but i dont no which kind i should get. i want to get the cheapest, and i only have about 200 songs that i would put on there. which would be the best, and where should i get it?

Get the nano. You'll love it because it is so small you can carry it anywhere. Plus it has the color screen and the click-wheel so it is very easy to use. You can buy them lots of places from Wal-Mart to Best-Buy. Or you can buy it online directly from Apple (apple.com) and get it engraved for free!

An 8G Nano can hold roughly 2000 songs. If you only have 200, there's no need to get a regular iPod unless you want to watch videos as well.
I recommend getting a 4G Nano, it can hold 1000 songs. That will give you some extra room for photos and games as well as any additional songs you may happen to get in the future. The 4G sells for $200 US, the 8G for $250. You could even get the 2G for $150 (holds 500 songs), but it's easier to spend 50 bucks more and not have to worry about using up the space quickly.
You can order them online from the Apple site or you can find an Apple store near you to visit. I prefer going to the store so you can look at what you're getting and hold it in your hand before you buy it; you can decide whether or not you really like it before you spend your money.

Nano- Color screen, smaller, cooler...however, its pretty fragile and may not hold as many songs as the regular.
Regular- More songs, durable, but less cool, pretty bulky.
If you only need 20 songs, then Nano would probably be best.

if you don't have many songs go for the nano. You can get it anywhere - Best Buy, Circuit City, Ebay, Amazon........

for you i think u should get the 2gb (500 songs) or 4gb (1000 songs) nano since u only have 200 songs.....get it at costco becuse they have the best prices

nana definately and buy it at wal-mart about 200 bucks but hey its worth every penny or u could try this thing called a ZEN by creative it is really small and the buttons are way easier and it only cost 100 bucks but it is an mp3 player

get the nano, trust me I have one myself (it's the green one) not only that it's color looks cool, but it lasts 24 hours, brighter screen, new headphones, just enough songs to hold (1000-2000) easy to charge, scratch-proof skin so it can't get scratch no matter what plus it's thinner than the original nano.
