By the way, did you hear about the guy who was looking for the perfect woman? He found her but she was looking for the perfect man.

Stop searching so hard. Know what you want, don't settle for less, and wait for her to come to you. If you are constanly searching, you will begin to turn every girl into "The one". You'll see the good qualities in her and think you may not be able to get anyone better, so you'll be afraid to lose her. DON'T settle. Like I said, if you know what you are looking for, she'll come your way, and you'll know instantly that it's her when she does.
