All 13 year olds are stupid. Apart from when I was 13, then they were super smart.
In case you don't know, that was a joke...so here are the things to make you all understand:
:) :P ;)
First I thought this was a joke question. Like:
Q: "I was working in my aquarium and I got water on my knee! What should I do?"
A: Use a towel.
Sounds like you have a blister or something. It should be OK. Next time don't put your question here in the fish/pets section if you don't want to be flamed.

Had this when I was about 13, too. I also dislocated my knee at the same time. The water on the knee took several weeks to go away. Make sure you are not stressing out your knee as it could prolong things. Good Luck!

I was hit by a car and had some liquid around my right shoulder blade and right hip that I was supposed to get drained if it didn't go away on its own, I'm so glad it did but I think it took a couple weeks.

That Brooke who answered this question before me is right. Does having water on your knee have anything to do with fish or even pets for that matter?

Does the water part somehow qualify as a fish related question? Anyway, we're not doctors. If you have concerns, you should call your doctor.

Is it a blister? i am confused on the question. You skin is healing underneath...you will either absorb it or it will leak out once the skin breaks. Everyone's body is diffrent.

Can't you just dry it off with a towel?
