US primacy is the theory that the United States feels it must be the mucho grande world power. The United States hands out billions of dollars a year to help strategic partners called allies. The countries and hordes who have blood feuds with some of our allies view the US as helping to keep them down and in return that hatred brews terrorists and people willing to die for a promise that likely is not kept and cannot be kept by a kind, loving god.
