No. The aerial maps are out of date, some of them beeing taken more that 2 years ago (you can see this if you have new buildings in your area that they might not be seen on the google map). Even the street map might not be accurate in some areas. It's hard to keep up with all this new road constructions and new developments.

I can see the boat in my driveway when using the 3d as far as driving you can sometimes get several different routes but they try to base the selected route for ease and safety
