I put my PSP on eBay, and this one guy bid $999 with 14 minutes left in the auction. Therefore, no serious buyers could bid on it (it was at $167.50, and I wanted $181). Of course, he didn't pay me. What can I do??

Pabloman,

email me the item #.

i think you were most likely hit by a NIGERIAN BIN BANDIT.

let me take a look at him for you.

you will probably want to report the buyer as attempting to pay with fraudulent funds.

Report the item as not paid. EBay will register a dispute. Once this is finalised, you can offer your item to the next highest bidder as a second chance offer or relist your item.

Report him as a nonpaying bidder, and relist the PSP. Ebay will take care of the rest.

First step is to file a non-paying bidder complaint with ebay. He still won't pay, but it will get you your fees back and let you either relist it or offer it to the next lower bidder... and might toss the bum in jail!
