Restless human mind...outside of it created values is an non-existent absurd.

Other one is very good also.
Values are like Character, they are earned or learned by the individual. It is societies views that place a value on an object or an ideal.
To have good values is associated with Honesty, Righting of Wrongs and Deliberate Thought towards a better existence or state of being.
