is there such thing as a freshwater shrimps? i've heard of blue shrimp or tiger shrimp... just tell me some that are freshwater....thanks

There are a number ghost/glass, japonica amano, fire, and singapore flower shrimp. Ghost shrimp are the most common in stores. There are also crab, lobster, and crayfish.

as sabersquirrel said, there are a number of freshwater shrimp, ghost shrimp are really cool, you can see their insides, but there are also alot on this website, check it out

Some of them get quite large,and are delicious.
