I would think this is not considered cheating. In college, they sell past midterms and finals for certain classes in the bookstore, and they encourage that you study off those exams.

Just be honest and accept the fact that you got caught cheating. No matter what the punishment, I am sure you will learn from your mistakes and from now on you will study like you are suppose to and not cheat. Cheating gets you nowhere and even the best cheaters eventually get caught.

Face your punishment like a MAN! Stop looking for and easy way out. What's wrong with your own brains? Don't they work any more? Start studying and you won't have to use someone elses. Whose brain will you use when you get out there on the road and start driving?

DON'T use excuses. you will get in more trouble when they find out you're lying ( they always find out!) just take the punishment and say you're sorry and say you really want to make up for it. (that makes them think you deserve less punishment 'cause you kn ow it was wrong)

Excuses lead to lies which leads to more trouble. Just tell the truth and then you wont have to think about it any more

try to admit your mistake, don't make excuses like OTHER people
and definitely don't do it again, that will make them VERY mad
