When my brother tries to download something on the left of the file it has a RED X and doesn't download. And when he tries to download other stuff it still doesn't work. What can he do to make the torrent work?
Attention: The RED X is on the left of the file name not on top of the page?
I HAVE Windows where you can have other people on the computer and have passwords. And when I go on my cousins user account his bitcomet works why not my brothers?

It's very possible that it's banned from that server. BitComet's creators have abandoned it. This means that it no longer has updates and doesn't support newer protocols and for this reason it's being banned from a growing number of servers (trackers). It has been picked up by scammers that renamed it BitLord and added spy and add ware and even charge for a pro version. Big time ripoff! Never ever pay for a P2P app.
Try switching to utorrent. It's small and lightweight so it uses fewer system resources than BT and it's as stable as a rock. You can also try BitTornado , Azureas, or Shareaza.
