Whats a fair price to have a bird's nest removed and a busted screen fixed in an attic (New York Metro area)?

Screen doesn't have to be perfect just staple over opening, put nest in trash bag 2 bucks for the screen, 48 bucks because you didn't do it yourself

I would do it for 25 bucks, if your buy the screen. But I live in Iowa, so I'm too far away.
