YES!! You will not regret it. You will be proud of yourself in the future that you made something with your life. You can be both a housewife and student also. Don't just settle for being a housewife- things happen in life that are unexpected- you'll have a education so you can support yourself if you end up alone.
Good luck!!

You should go to college.Going to college can help you find a good job in case you ever want to have a good paying job later and you can still change your mind about wanting to go to work.I had always wanted to stay home when my children were younger but after they were older I went to a technical college and I am now working for the first time in years.

Go for early childhood education if you plan on being a full time mom. You don't want to put yourself into a situation that could potentially end with you unable to support yourself if you need to; that's just plain irresponsible. Besides, going to college is one of those experiences you don't want to deny yourself. I'm not talking about going to drunken parties or stupid things like that, either. I don't go out and I don't drink, but I have still changed and grown up a tremendous amount since I've been at school, and I have so many memories of the crazy predicaments I've gotten into with my friends (getting stuck in town, baking a cake in a left over Chinese takeout container, staying up all night talking because we felt like it, the list goes on and on) that I wouldn't regret this no matter if I end up being Mommy or Madame President. You owe it to yourself to get out and see what you can do, who you can meet, and what you truly want to be.

College is a wonderful addition to anyone's life whether they use their degree or not. Besides, if you major in education and have children of your own, you will be able to help them with their schooling. If you major in health, you will be better informed to be able help your family stay healthy not to mention knowing what to do as far as first aid issues. If you major in English, history, etc, you will be more educated and be able to have conversations with more people than just high school grads. There is definitely a benefit to higher education.
