confront the person...tell them u dnt like the way they treat u and if they try to actually "beat u up" jus walk away and tell them they r obviously immature if they have to act like that to get what they want..be the responsible one n do whats right.dnt fight the person either....it may get them to leave u alone but then again vilolence doesnt solve anything.

Walk away from whoever it is. There's no need to get into a fight over this person. They aren't worth it. And if there is a confrontation, just tell the bully that. That he's not worth it.
If it's really serious, then maybe you can take some martial arts classes. Try self defense class or karate. Nobody has to know. And when the time comes when you are confronted and the bully just won't leave you alone, show him you mean business. Bullies are just scared and need to make themselves feel better by making someone else feel bad. Sometimes all it takes is one hit/punch and they will leave you alone. But make sure you aren't throwing the first punch.
It's not ok to fight, but it is ok to defend yourself.

Wow the people that say talk to your parents or a counselor don't really know anything about teenagers. If you do that, I'm sorry but it's just another reason for them to bully you.
Just ignore it and do something that makes you feel good about yourself maybe join a sport and make new friends or something like that. If you pay attention to the bullies, they will just keep going. Don't let it get to you and just focus on the positive.
Haha I sound like an old grandma or something but just trust me.
I haven't ever been bullied but I'm in high school so I know what people are like.

There's plently you can do.
*You can tell someone, Like an adult who has some sort of power(lIke a teacher, don't try a subsitute, TRUST ME) and have them take over the issue
*If it becomes serious, Tell an family member and get some help from the police. This is only for situation such as threats, death claims, etc.
*Ignore them. They say this is the best way, but sometimes they only pester worse.
*Stand up to them. DON'T seem like you're trying to take them on, Just politly talk to them, and fix the situation.
That's about all I can give you, but I'm sure there are several other ways.

If the bullying is affecting you at school (such as grades) I would speak to a counselor possibly right after school about the issue. If it isn't affecting your school work I would try to ignore him/her. People who bully obviously don't have enough self esteem to be confident in themselves so they have to put others down to feel better. So don't let it get to you. If the person is violent I would ask a friend to walk with you in the halls and talk to a teacher/counselor.

If the bullying is serious then you definitely tell someone. If it's something you can just brush off (some idiot making dumb comments) then let it go, but if someone is threatening you with bodily harm or cyberbullying or hurting your self-esteem greatly, then you need to tell your parents and a principal or school counsellor. The school is obligated to get to the bottom of it and make it stop b/c if they don't and you get hurt and you have reported it, the school could get in alot of trouble.

You need to talk to your parents and to the teachers. They cannot help you if you do not speak up. Your parents can go to the principal and talk to him or her and devise a plan to get the bullying stopped. If it is happening at home and around town call the police, because they have no right to be on your property.

TALK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Talk to friends, siblings, parents, and other family members...talk to teachers, and school administrators (even if you have to write a note in secret), mentors, religious teachers...anyone and everyone!
Don't just take it! If you don't have the power to overcome it yourself, talk to those who can empower you to do so, and who will confront the bullies!
You are valuable, and no one should be bullied...bullies are trying to gain a sense of control they don't feel otherwise in their lives...don't let them take your control!

Go to your parents, or if it's at school than go to school officials. if that does not work, than have your parents go to the police and have them talk with whom ever is doing the bullying. good luck
