Always treat your customers with the utmost respect. Try to accomodate them in any way you can. Be honest. Always follow through (return phone calls, etc..). Service them in a timely manner, their time is just as important as yours.

Take this adive, If you do not take care of your customers, then somebody will.

Customers is always right, but the owner has the right to refuse.
