it is legal as far as mans laws go,as far as gods law(which jews violate) the jews are not yet entitled to a homeland. the british won the land from the ottoman empire and called irt the palestine mandate. the brits were promising it to both the jews and palestinians. after the jews commited a terrorist acyt britain turned it over to the UN,who created israel. the problems there and other problems in the ME are a result of outside interference. to understand todays terrorist problem and problems in israel research amin al husseini,he was also appointed to grand mufti of jerusalem by the british,protested by both jews and muslims. israel is not the only democracy in the ME and if they are so sucessful why do we give them almost 6 billion a year.
there is anoher palestine denier. the jews and brits say palestine exists/exsisted, to deny it is as insane as holocaust deniers. neither side rejected the two state proposal,both sides did and both sides are guilty of treating the other less than human.

Israel is perfectly legal. They did not go to Palestine with an intention to take over the land, they were escaping persecution and polgroms from Russia and other countries. There was never a Palestenian state before Israel, so its not like they took away anything. Plus, the Jews have been there all througout history. Read the book The Case For Israel by Alan Dershowitz.
EDIT: The Palestenians have also rejected the 2 state resolution 3 times: 1937, 1948, and 2000, so Israel has also tried for peace (Israel accepted all 3 times)

As stated above, the state of Israel was legitimised by UN resolution. As to God's law, every religion has a different version of that, so you can take your pick.
Although most Jew were ethnically cleansed from Judea by the imperialist occupation of the Romans, there have been Jewish populations there continuously since biblical times, who have suffered greatly from religious persecution from the Christian Byzantine empire and the Islamic Ottoman empire - hence the need to control their own destiny

It may have been created legally by international insitutions but there's sometimes a fine difference between legality and fairness.
The League of Nations Mandate through the Sykes-Picot agreement led to it's creation by the later UN, however in terms of justice it was a shambles. More land was given to Jews considering the fact that non-Jews were the majority in the Mandate.
It's a prime example of Western imperialism against an already existing population.

I am in no way anti semitic & believe that everyone should be fre to follow whatever religion they choose, but in answer to whether Israel (as opposed to Judaism) is legal or not, I would definitely have to say no. Let's not forget that before the middle of the 20th Century Israel didn't exist. That part of the world was called Palestine (whether you like that or not). The "State" of Israel didn't exist before then & was in a main part set up by survivors of the Holocaust in Nazi Germany with American help. Early Israeli's carried out "terrorist" actions agains the British. In my view the Israeli State are just a bunch of fascists, who treat the Palestinians the same way the Nazi's treated them. As I said before, nothing to do with religion, more the oppressive "Nation" state given carte blanche to do whatever they want by the US of A.

Isreal is legal all right the only democracy in that dust bitten part of the world, and anyone who will not stand with that country must think it would be fun to look for the ayatollas eyes peice four times a day.
The Jews learned the hard way in the cattle trucks to the camps and never will we let them be set adrift again.
If thet arabs were real smart they would know that having a jewish state in your neck of the woods would be the key to being the richest area of the world and guess what Mr Arab if you don't try to kill Jews or threaten to nuke em and stuff, a Jew will not go out of his way to kill you, not rocket seience is it.
But if you do Kill Isreal not one arab state will remain and that we know and you should know or you are to stupid to understand

No its no longer. Israel is the only u . s . interior the worldwide that has no longer yet defined its borders the reason: it won't be able to define its borders because of the fact it needs to proceed to colonize Palestinian land interior the West financial enterprise and interior the Gaza strip.

Isreal was declared a soverign state by the United Nations. If international law is to be respected, then Hamas's desire to wipe out Isreal can't be seen as honoring that. I admit I don't understand why everyone wants to exterminate Isreal, when all they want to do is survive as a country. Maybe someone can explain to me why Israel should be exterminated, if it doesn't sound too insane.
