i have small boobs wht do i do to make them larger?

Your lucky, small boobs means you can wear skimpy tops and things without looking tacky, with bras hanging out, or boobs hanging everywhere. When you do want to look larger, padded, especially gel or water, push up bras and adding chicken fillets (the gel inserts) into your normal bras.

do "butterflies". You use weights and instead of up and down motions, you hold them straight out next to your sides, with your elbows bent 90 degrees, so your hands are aimed at the sky, and then move your arms inward towards your chest, with your arms still bent. It won't do too much for your size, but it helped mine. It excersizes the muscles under your boobs, and therefore makes them stick out more, just like a guy with pecs.

i have a small chest too. i've learned to love it though. at least my boyfriend does. but if you really want to change them, you could always get a boob job.

or a less drastic measure is to take breast enlargement pills. they sell them in places like GNC and supplement stores. I used them for about 3 months and my boobs DID get bigger. but you have to KEEP using them or they stop working and your boobs shrink back.

girl, small boobs are great. don't sweat em. atleast when you are 30, they will be in the same spot they were when you were 18. women with bigger chests can't say that. their stuff will be fast on the way to their waist.
