You can rip off a human ear with only 7 pounds of pressure... that's not really breaking though...

but seriously, it takes 2 pounds of pressure to break a human nose. it takes five to break the clavicle and knee... a five year old has about 8 or so pounds of pressure when they slug at oyu and miss.... not very comforting
